Refund Policy

Blissful Pawz Dog Training Cancellation Policy for dog training classes and individual private sessions:

No cancellations will be allowed within two days of the start of class or private session, without notifying us (phone, text or email).

Because we are dedicated to maintaining small classes and individualized sessions with plenty of one-on-one interaction, we are not able to refund no-show cancellations, so please plan carefully. In the event of an emergency or if rescheduling becomes necessary, this notification must be made by the client as soon as possible

Please note: Individual training session packages do not need to be booked for consecutive weekdays or weekends (i.e. three days in a row or two weekends in a row). Please let us know your availability during a consultation or contact us for personalized scheduling.

 We appreciate your cooperation to help keep our classes & sessions small and effective for you.

Blissful Pawz Dog Training is not set up as a daytime doggy daycare or Board & Train. Missed sessions or classes must be rescheduled, and no-shows will be charged appropriately for booked services.

Since our goals are for your dog’s behavior to change for you, and because we want you to see the best possible outcome from training, your attendance at booked sessions is mandatory; missed sessions must be rescheduled for another date and time. The importance of these sessions to meeting your specific training goals cannot be stressed highly enough. Please schedule them carefully.
